As a reminder, each marking period we ask that our senior co-op employers grade you on your performance at work. This grade counts anywhere between 50% - 70% of your career program grade.

Below is information regarding MP 1 co-op evaluations, how your employer will obtain the forms, and your responsibilities. Please read this information FULLY and CAREFULLY.

If you received a message from me on schoology, then your co-op employer indicated they wanted to receive their co-op evaluation in hardcopy or paper form. Please pick up the forms from your career instructor as soon as possible. Please have your supervisor complete the form and submit it to your career instructor by the due date of October 21, 2021.

If you did NOT receive a message from Mrs. Jackson on schoology, then your employer indicated they wanted to receive their evaluation electronically. Therefore, I will send your evaluation directly to your employer by the end of the school day. If you are unsure about whether or not you received a message, please check your schoology messages.

Your responsibilities:

1. By October 8th make sure you have given your employer your evaluation or confirmed they have received it.

2. By October 15th confirm your employer has submitted your evaluation to me.

3. If they have not submitted your evaluation, give a gentle reminder to your employer to submit it no later than the due date, October 21, 2021.
