3/21 is World Down Syndrome Day. It was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which leads to Down syndrome.

We will be honoring this day with Cohort 2 on Friday, March 19th and Monday, March 22nd. Rock your socks those days to support World Down Syndrome Day! Socks will be on sale for $1 in the cafeteria in the days leading up to the event. All proceeds will be donated to the DE Down Syndrome Awareness Association.
