Anyone interested in running Spring Track, please stay after in the lecture hall for a meeting from 3:15 pm-4 pm.
If you want to stay for conditioning, bring clothes and stay until 6pm.
Must have own ride home at 4pm after meeting OR stay for conditioning and take 6pm bus home.
